It works with the biggie social network and photo sites: Flickr, Photobucket, Picasa, Facebook, MySpace. Trust me. You will not be disappointed! Smart people coded this and it is slick.

One of the features I like most about ACDSee is the ability to upload to Flickr AND use the ACDSee caption as the title and my ACDSee-assigned tags as flickr tags. Pronounced “N-View”, it’s a free, open-source, WYSIWIG, cross-platform HTML editor. When I happened upon this link, I thought of my best friend who is not a coder, but needs to maintain her website for her cultural anthro classes. I haven’t personally tried it, so I can’t really comment on its quality, but hopefully, if H. tries it, she will give me some feedback!

Use MD5 Checker to verify downloads that have an accompanying MD5 checksum. You may not know it, but downloads can get corrupted while making their way from a remote server to your computer. Some sites provide a checksum value which allows you to verify that your file was not corrupted during download.
